A hand embellished canvas starts as a giclee print and is then individually worked by hand in my studio. I apply texture, highlights, and detail using paint and medium directly on the canvas surface, making every single piece genuinely unique.

The open edition paper prints are available in sizes up to 16x20. These hand embellished canvases are 20x24, printed on gallery depth canvas with painted sides, and individually worked by hand. No two are identical. This is the closest you can get to an original painting without the cost of an original.

This is a limited pre-order run of 30 total across all three paintings in the Babywork series. Once they're gone they're gone. I don’t know if I will do more in the future. This is experimental.

Gallery depth refers to the thickness of the canvas stretcher bars — 1.5 inches deep. This means the painting has real presence on your wall and arrives ready to hang with no framing needed.

Yes — the test print I finished of ‘Bon Voyage’ is shown in the product photos. Each canvas in the edition will be individually embellished in the same spirit with details unique to that piece. Including hand-painted sides so that the painting can be hung beautifully with or without framing.
